§ 90.01 KEEPING HORSES OR PONIES WITH THE VILLAGE.
   No person shall keep any horse or pony in any pen, yard, lot or other enclosure situated within 100 feet of an inhabited dwelling house or business, other than the house or business of the owner of such animal.
