§ 90.02 RESTRICTIONS ON PIT BULL DOGS.
   No one shall keep or bring within the village limits, a pit bulldog (also known as a “pit bull”) or any other dog with vicious propensities, either by breed or by temperament, without at all reasonable times restraining said dog with an adequate rope or chain and collar within a secure pen or other enclosure. Muzzles shall be used by the keeper at all reasonable times as necessitated for the public protection.
