(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 50.02 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $1 nor more than $25 for each offense.
(C) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 50.15 through 50.18 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
