606.28   REFUSAL TO IDENTIFY SELF.
   (a)   No person shall purposely or knowingly refuse to identify himself or herself to any duly authorized law enforcement officer.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
