339.11 DRIVING NEAR CURB.

Every operator of a truck shall drive his vehicle as nearly as practicable within two feet nearest the right-hand edge of the roadway on Pearl Road in Parma Heights, except when passing parked vehicles, obstructions in the roadway or when in preparation for a left turn.
