311.08 PROCEDURE.

The Director of Public Safety's decisions regarding the use of streets by vehicular traffic shall be directed to the Chiefs of Police and Fire, and once he orders traffic to be controlled in any manner authorized by this chapter, any person who disobeys such order shall be punished according to Section 311.99.
