169.01 COMMISSION AS ADVISORY BODY.

The Recreation Commission established by Article IV, Section 10 of the City Charter, shall be solely an advisory body, submitting to Council its recommendations on the establishment, operation, maintenance or curtailment of recreational activities, functions or programs which may be carried on by a municipal corporation of the State. Such Commission shall not operate or control any recreational activity, function or program of the Municipality.
