147.04 BUILDING AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT CLERK.

There is hereby created the position of Building and Service Department Clerk. He shall be appointed by the Mayor, shall serve at his pleasure and shall perform such clerical duties on behalf of the City as may be assigned by the Mayor from time to time.
