176.02 AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND CORPORATION.

The Mayor is authorized by City Council to enter into an agreement, approved by the Law Director, for industrial, economic, commercial, distribution, research and development, and civic development with the Parma Heights Community Improvement Corporation pursuant to the requirements of Ohio R.C. 1724.10.
