There is hereby adopted the Rules of Order attached to original Ordinance 1991-46, passed December 30, 1991, as Exhibit A and amended by Ordinance 2002-24, passed June 10, 2002 and Ordinance 2011-1, passed January 10, 2011. Such Rules are hereby made a part of this section by reference as if fully rewritten herein for the purpose of establishing Rules of Order governing Council.
