(a) A special revenue fund, known as the Cemetery Fund, as approved by the Auditor of the State, Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 5705.12, is hereby established.
(b) The Cemetery Fund shall contain as receipts all moneys derived from the operation of the Municipal Cemetery, including, but not limited to, the receipts from the sale of lots and from interments.
(c) All expenses incurred in the operation of the Municipal Cemetery, including, but not limited to, expenses from the operation of the Cemetery and the payment of debt, shall be charged to the aforesaid Fund.
