(a) The position of Assistant Director of Finance-Tax Administrator is hereby established.
(b) The Tax Administrator shall manage, supervise and be responsible for the administrative procedures in the Income Tax Department and shall serve as Assistant to the Director of Finance. The Tax Administrator shall also manage and supervise all income tax collections and perform any and all other duties delegated by the Director of Finance.
(c) The compensation of the Assistant Director of Finance-Tax Administrator shall be as established from time to time by Council, per annum, payable in twenty-six substantially equal installments.
