145.02 FINANCE CLERK; DUTIES.

There is hereby created the position of Finance Clerk. He shall be appointed by the Mayor, shall serve at Ms pleasure and shall perform such clerical duties on behalf of the Municipality as may be assigned by the Mayor from time to time.
