1388.03   NONCOMPLIANCE; REMOVAL BY CITY.
   Where any accessory or similar outbuilding has deteriorated or settled to the point where wall plates or studs are rotting or in disrepair, written notice shall be served on the resident of the deficiencies. If such structure is not repaired within thirty days after notice by the Building Inspector, in accordance with this section, such structure shall be completely removed. The Building Inspector shall determine what repairs are necessary after such structure has been inspected by the Inspector or a member of his or her staff.
