1386.12 INJUNCTIVE REMEDIES.

If a permittee or licensee under this chapter exceeds the safety standards established in this chapter on more than three separate occasions, as reported by the seismologist, the Director of Public Safety may refuse to issue any further permits to such permittee or licensee and may pursue such authority with injunctive remedies, if necessary.
