No sign or other advertising structure shall:
(a) Obstruct free and clear vision within sight triangles at any street or vehicular drive intersection defined by a line drawn connecting points lying on each curb line 35 feet from the point of intersection of the curb lines.
(b) If located within 25 feet of a public right-of-way, contain any words, phrase, symbols, character, or any shape in a manner that causes it to resemble any traffic control device placed in public rights-of-way.
