1378.08 AUTHORITY OF PLANNING COMMISSION RE STATIONS IN CLASS B, HB AND C DISTRICTS.

Any person who desires a permit for the erection of a satellite dish earth station in a Class B, Class HB or Class C District must file an application with the Planning Commission for its recommendation.
