1378.05   CONSTRUCTION.
   (a)   Only metal support shall be allowed.
   (b)   Only concrete bases or caissons, depending on soil conditions, shall be employed in line with grade.
   (c)   The structure shall be designed to withstand a wind force of up to eighty-five miles per hour in a manner conforming with good engineering practices.
   (d)   Driving motors shall be limited to 110 volt maximum power design and shall be encased in protective guards.
   (e)   All underground electrical wiring shall be encased and shall meet the requirements of the National Electrical Code. Overhead wiring must also meet the approval of the Electrical Inspector.
   (f)   If guy lines are to be used, they must be confined within a fenced area.
   (g)   The structural design and the manner of construction, installation and erection of the station and any of the supporting appurtenances shall be in conformity with the Building Code and the National Electrical Code and shall be in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications which are not in conflict with this chapter.
