(a) No earth station shall be erected in any front or side yard or within ten feet of any lot line.
(b) In Class C Districts, a dish antenna may be located in the rear yard of a main building or may be located on the roof of a main building. If the dish antenna is mounted, it shall not exceed fifteen feet in height and shall be set back not less than fifteen feet from any exterior wall. Roof-mounted dish antennas shall be screened from view.
(c) No earth station shall be linked to receivers which are not located on the same lot or premises as the earth station.
(d) No earth station shall be located or erected on the roof top of any residential building.
