1373.08 VENTILATION.

A multi-family building shall be constructed such that each heat duct, cold air duct or other duct for the conveyance of air, wherein duck work is connected to two or more units, contains at reasonable intervals a section of flexible, fireproof material to reduce the noise and vibration of such duct.
