A multi-family building shall be constructed as follows:
(a) All suite entrance doors shall be solid core wood doors with a minimum thickness of one and three-fourths inches.
(b) All interior doors, including closet doors, shall be wood doors with a minimum thickness of one and one-eighth inches.
(c) All windows shall contain window glazing, Thermopane, welded glass or any equal containing double glazing.
(d) The exact windows shall be specified on the plans and/or specification sheets and approved by the Building Inspector and the Service Director.
