(b) East-West Streets. Streets running in an east-west direction shall be assigned odd numbers on the southerly side thereof and even numbers on the northerly side thereof. The basis for assignment of numbers for the streets shall be one number for each five lineal feet.
(c) Curving or Diagonal Streets. Curving or diagonal streets shall be numbered in conformity to that direction which their overall layout most closely approximates. The number for any sublot or parcel shall be determined by projection of the center line of the parcel to its point of intersection with the center line of the street and referring that point to the appropriate gridline.
