Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, the City adopts, enforces, and incorporates herein by reference, for the purpose of establishing minimum standards for electrical materials and installations in one, two and three-family dwellings, mobile homes, multi-family dwellings and commercial and industrial occupancy, that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards pursuant to R.C. § 3781.10, as may be amended from time to time, and which is codified at Ohio Administrative Code 4101:8-34-01, save and except such portions as are hereinafter modified or deleted.
