Storm waters from roofs, paved areas, yards, courts or parts of a lot or premises where water stands, accumulates or flows shall not be drained into sanitary sewers. Any person who contracts for, orders or makes a connection to a sanitary sewer so as to permit storm waters to flow into the sanitary sewer shall have violated this section. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
Any owner of a property or any person occupying property the storm waters from the roofs, paved areas, yards or courts of which are drained into a sanitary sewer shall have violated this section. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1959-68. Passed 8-10-59.)
