Septic tanks shall be located at least five feet from a lot line, twenty feet from a building of human occupancy, fifty feet from a private water supply and 100 feet from a public water supply. No overflow from the tank shall be permitted unless the overflowing liquid is conveyed in a watertight sewer to a subsurface filter or suitable subsurface leaching field. All plumbing fixtures shall be connected to the house sewer.
