901.05 VALVES AND OTHER FACILITIES OF WATER SYSTEM.

No permit granted hereunder shall authorize or be deemed to authorize the operation or manipulation of any valve appurtenant to the water lines operated by the City of Cleveland or to authorize any form of interference with or manipulation or alteration of any such water lines or appurtenances thereto.
