773.05 UNLICENSED PREMISES AS NUISANCE; INJUNCTION.

The operation of a business engaged in tattooing without a valid license shall constitute a nuisance, and the person who operates or causes to be operated such a business shall be subject to a suit for injunctive relief as well as prosecution for criminal violations.
