765.23 UNLICENSED PREMISES AS NUISANCE; INJUNCTION.

The operation of a sexually oriented business without a valid license in violation of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance, and a person who operates or causes to be operated such a business shall be subject to a suit for injunctive relief as well as prosecution for criminal violations.
