763.04   REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
   Upon a first conviction for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, any license held by the convicted person under the provisions of Chapters 743 or 759 shall be revoked by the Mayor and such person shall be prohibited from selling or distributing merchandise, literature, food, goods and other articles from the streets, alleys, parks and other public grounds of the City for a period of thirty days following the conviction. Upon a second conviction hereunder, the license shall be revoked and the person shall be permanently prohibited from selling or distributing merchandise, literature, food, goods and other articles from the streets, alleys, parks and other public grounds of the City.
