759.07 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

Any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be revoked by the Mayor upon violation by the peddler of any of the provisions of this chapter or of any applicable ordinance of the Municipality, regulation of the County Board of Health or statute of the State.
