Flags, banners and temporary signs are specifically prohibited. The operation of any horn, bell, loud speaker, whistle, siren, drum, cymbal or any other instrument or device used as an audible display is prohibited, if any noise resulting from such operation can be heard at a distance in excess of twenty feet from any property line of the premises containing such operation.
