Each holder of a junk dealer's license shall be entitled to have, keep and operate one vehicle in connection with the business for the purpose of collecting junk within the City. For each additional vehicle used in and about the business for the purpose of collecting junk within the City, the additional sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be paid.
