(a) No person shall install or contract to install stoves or other facilities used for the preparation of meals in sleeping rooms rented to or available for rental to guests in any hotel, motel, tourist court, rooming house or lodging house.
(b) No person shall use any stove or other facilities for the preparation of meals in sleeping rooms in any hotel, motel, tourist court, rooming house or lodging house.
