No person to whom a license to conduct a hotel, motel, tourist court, rooming house or lodging house is issued, as provided in this chapter, shall permit the hotel, motel, tourist court, rooming house or lodging house to which such license relates to be used as a house of ill fame, brothel, bawdy house or disorderly house or for the purpose of prostitution, fornication or lewdness, or permit any lascivious adultery therein.
