The Mayor may revoke any license issued hereunder to conduct a hotel, motel, tourist court, rooming house or lodging house, for violation of any provision of this chapter. Before such revocation, however, the licensee shall be notified and upon request shall have a hearing before a board consisting of the Mayor, the Director of Public Safety and the Director of Law.
