No gasoline service station, gasoline filling station, automobile laundry, automatic car wash, drive-in restaurant, bank or other financial institution with a drive-in feature and no automobile motor vehicle sales room shall be erected or have its use commenced within the Municipality unless the following specific requirements are met:
