This chapter shall not prevent the City or any person from exercising any right or seeking any remedy to which that person might otherwise be entitled, or from filing any complaint with any other agency or court of law or equity. Such remedy may include, but is not limited to, referral of the complainant by the Administrator to the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, or to the Cleveland office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, for further investigation of alleged discrimination.
