1719.06   ADMINISTRATOR.
    The Law Director shall appoint an Administrator who may be a City employee. The Administrator shall have such duties, responsibilities and powers as are necessary to enforce the requirements of this chapter, including, but not limited to, receipt and processing of complaints for adjudication before the Board.
