932.22 REPRESENTATIVES.

The permittee shall designate, in writing, a representative to whom notices shall be sent regarding any permit granted hereunder. If permittee’s representative or the address of such representative changes, permittee shall notify the City promptly of said change in writing, providing the name of the new contact and/or the new address.
