(a) Any person, partnership, agency, firm or corporation, or any officer, employee or agent thereof, who attempts to or who violates any of the provisions of Sections 741.01 through 741.03 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

(b) Whoever violates Section 741.04 shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both.
