738.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 738.09 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (c)   In addition to any other penalties, whoever violates any of the provisions of Sections 738.01 through 738.08 shall have his or her itinerant vendor's license immediately revoked and shall not be permitted to reapply for such license for a period of one year after such violation.
