(a) In addition to any other sign regulations contained in these Codified Ordinances, signs used by itinerant vendors to promote, advertise or identify their business, which signs are located within fifty of the public right-of-way, shall be no larger than two feet in height and two feet in length.
(b) Itinerant vendors are permitted to display not more than two signs, unless their stands are located more than fifty feet from the public right-of-way.
(c) Any conflict between this section and any other sign regulation located in these Codified Ordinances shall be resolved in favor of this section.
