731.04 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall operate any establishment wherein food is handled as described in Sections 731.01 and 731.02 without first obtaining a license to do so from the City. The fee for such license shall be as provided in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule).
