It shall be the duty of each and every owner, manager or operator of any place where food is prepared, cooked, mixed, baked, exposed, bottled, packed, handled, stored, manufactured, offered for sale or sold, to require an annual chest X-ray of every person in his employ and to retain in his possession for the inspection of any police officer or the Medical Examiner, who may require it, the report from the chest X- ray.
