(a) Governmental entities shall pay to the City, for the use of the Parma Municipal Jail Facility for the housing of prisoners, a sum of eighty dollars ($80.00) per day per prisoner, and the initial booking/registration fee per jail confinement imposed pursuant to Section 185.04(a).
(b) The Chief of Police and/or his or her designee shall keep an accurate record of the use of the Jail by other governmental entities and shall forward a copy of such record to the Auditor on a monthly basis.
(c) The Jail Administrator shall promptly invoice the governmental entities using such Jail and is authorized and directed to accept moneys for the use of the Jail. Such moneys shall be paid into the General Fund.

(d) The housing of prisoners in the Jail by other governmental entities shall be at the sole discretion of the Chief of Police and/or his or her designee.
