(1)   Annual rental registration fee (one- or two-family houses) and short-term rentals

Said registration shall be valid for one calendar year (from January 1 through December 31)

(2)   An application for an annual certificate of multiple dwelling registration shall be accompanied by a nonreturnable fee for any one mixed use or apartment building.
