163.02 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) COORDINATOR.

In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Civil Service Commission Chairperson shall be designated the City's ADA Coordinator. The ADA Coordinator's name, office address and phone number shall be available to any interested parties.
