155.20   SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY WITH AN ESTIMATED VALUE OF $1,000 OR LESS.
   All sales of personal property with an estimated value of one thousand dollars ($1,000) or less, which is not needed for Municipal purposes, may be sold at the City's auction with the approval of the board or officer having supervision or management of the property, or may be sold by the board, officer or director having supervision or management of the property. The City may reject any bid, all bids, or part of any bid, when the public interest will be served thereby. If such property remains unsold after auction, then the board or officer having supervision or management of the property may sell or dispose of the property and shall give notice of such sale or disposal to the Auditor.
