EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 39-83, passed February 22, 1983, established a Parma Public Housing Agency as a division of the Department of Public Service. Ordinance 154-84, passed July 30, 1984, however, established a Parma Public Housing Authority as an independent agency of government, thus repealing Ordinance 39-83 and necessitating the recodification of Chapter 154 as Chapter 164. Ordinance 154-84 was, in turn, repealed by Ordinance 66-85, passed March 20, 1985. See Chapter 2101 for provisions relating to the Parma Public Housing Authority.
