154.02 AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND CORPORATION.

The Mayor is hereby authorized by Council to enter into an agreement approved by the Law Director for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development with the Parma Community Improvement Corporation, pursuant to the requirements of Ohio R.C. 1724.10.
